Rooms are spacious with ample storage and a mini fridge. Feels modern and clean and in a good location. It was nicely cleaned whilst we were out each day.

The location of the hotel was awesome, it’s very central and close to the main attractions including restaurants and shopping - everything was about a 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our room.

The location is perfect, just near Place Massena. The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel taking into account too small room, plain breakfast and service. However, the hotel is renovated, clean and quite good option for staying for a few nights.

The location is ssuperb, and everything is in close reach. It's just a short walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, the beach , the promenade, and the old town. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.. Good continental breakfast wide choice of options available. The complementary beach towels , smart tv, and mini fridge in the room, were nice extras. Room was good size and had good air conditioning, it was possible to request a kettle if required .

This is a fantastic hotel for a city break in Nice. The location is excellent a short walk to the old tow and the promenade anglais. The room was a good size, the beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel is super clean with great showers. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would book it again for a stay in Nice.

I liked that the hotel is located in a great area, close to all the shopping, the old town and the beach (don’t forget water shoes) The bathroom was clean (new appliances), the bed was comfortable. Everything I needed for a one night, just the basics; a clean bathroom, good water pressure, a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a great location.

I absolutely loved this little hotel. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained, and it really couldn't have been in a better location. As a solo traveller I had a single room but the bed was actually a small double, supremely comfortable and with beautiful linen and pillows. The room was incredibly well appointed with absolutely everything I could need. I had a fantastic view over Avenue Jean Medicin with lots of bustle and trams. However the double glazing kept most of the noise out which was great. I loved it and will definitely return. Thank you!
